Chris Callen has some unique experience when it comes to generational interactions in the workplace. When he took over his family's construction company at age 25, he was faced with about every scenario you could imagine. Through his experiences and intentional education, Chris has learned what it takes to navigate generational tendencies in today's workplace. Chris will cover the data and many of the prevailing schools of thought when it comes to dealing with different generations.

Chris Callen grew up inside the family construction company. Obviously, this meant he had zero interest in making a career in construction. After all, who wants to do what dad does? Spending nights and weekends sweeping the shop and being a laborer on the jobsite wore off on him though, and after attempting to run from construction, he eventually gave into his family's passion for the built world. Rebellion has its advantages though, as Chris brings a completely new perspective to the construction industry. After running the family company for 4 years, Chris spun out a pet project, Grit Virtual, in 2017. Now with a team of 10, Grit is experiencing traction from some of the largest contractors in the world.
